Travelling through recovery does not have to be lonesome.

What we do

We provide fee-for-service support in the ACT region and surroundings. The type of support we provide usually includes one-on-one support to help clients regulate improved mental health.

Support can include coffee chats, respectful discussions to get through anxiety and depression and grief, a short stroll in the park, a drive around the lake, an outing to a chocolate factory, a cooking session, a silent company watching a TED talk episode and talking about it, or sitting down in the backyard with a handful of custard biscuits looking through old photographs.

Staying Strong

There are many things that make up our mental health.

We are here with you to re-discover good mental health. We are here with you to co-design your recovery journey and work towards better mental health.

Get the support that meets your need, please reach out to us for a no-obligation chat, we will do what we can to help.

Making Time to Chat with Us

Support is around the corner. Tell us how we may help you. If we are not the right people, we will refer you to other services. Getting our help is very easy. Here are the six steps you can take:

    1. How can we help you?

We're here for you and would like to encouage you to book an appointment with us so we can have a chat to find out what your needs are and how we can help you.

    2. Five quick questions

If you gave us your email, we will ask you to complete a short questionnaire which has 5 short questions. If you gave us your phone number, we will ask those questions and have a chat with you over the phone for a maximum of 30 minutes and at no cost.

    3. What you are looking for?

Tell us briefly about what support you are looking for. It is very important that you include your phone number or an email address so we can respond to your expression of interest within 48 hours.

    4. Let's get together

Once you complete the short questionnaire or once we briefly chat over the phone, we will then arrange a meet and greet. The first meeting is one hour, and at no cost. This meeting can be a voice call, video call, or face to face. Feel free to bring along a support person (or two or three). Some people have brought along their partner or close friend to the discussion, and some others their case manager. In this initial meeting, we will discuss a little bit more about what support you are looking for and how we can assist and if we are the right help for you.

    5. Do we fit?

You might advise we are not the right help for you? It happens. If this happens, we will immediately delete the questionnaire you completed because we highly respect and value your privacy.

Alternatively, if you feel that you need more time to explore other support services in the community and would like us to temporarily keep your completed questionnaire in case of future change of heart, please feel free to advise us to do so.

    6. You say yes!

We will email you a draft service agreement for your perusal.

If you think there are things in the service agreement you need to clarify with us, or if you think there are things we can negotiate and amend, you will need to advise and instruct us.

Once you are happy with the service agreement, then we commence services.
